Interact’s Summer Party went with an Awards Bang, where we celebrated the phenomenal achievements of our team.

Although there was no Claudia Winkleman this time around, we had Interact’s very own Kerrie presenting our Awards and personally thanking all of our team for helping Interact become Gold Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year 2023 at this year’s UK National Contact Centre Awards.

Alongside recognising external achievements, it was amazing to present Interact’s very own Awards to individuals who have gone above and beyond and for being incredible role models.
