Interact has been shortlisted in the prestigious Outsourcing Partnership of the Year category, and can’t wait to further showcase the remarkable, long-term partnership we have created between Interact and Kraft Heinz.

Judges are looking for partnerships that have demonstrated outstanding achievements against the following criteria:

  1. The Outsourcer demonstrates a clear understanding of the business aims, challenges and objectives of the Client organisation
  2. The Outsourcer has consistently met or exceeded customer experience targets (i.e. Voice of Customer, customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Score etc.) and performance targets (i.e. sales, quality, first time fix etc.)
  3. There is a consistency in messaging and practices across the two organisations
  4. Open, two-way communications exist between the two organisations
  5. There is evidence of effective integration and transparency – as well as investment in the relationship by both parties
  6. The Outsourcer has performed exceptionally in all aspects of its role and demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty
  7. The Outsourcer has introduced customer contact programmes (recruitment, training, technology etc.) to better meet its partner’s objectives
  8. The Outsourcer has proactively pushed past original targets and business objectives to create new opportunities
  9. The Outsourced Partnership has challenged existing processes and methods of working to improve contact centre performance and value
  10. The Outsourcer has outperformed other outsourcing partners of the client

About the UK CCF Awards

The UK CCF awards are an established industry scheme designed to recognise excellence from across the contact centre industry.

They are led by an expert panel of judges that have extensive experience within their fields.

UK CCF has developed a unique, impartial awards programme that honours the unsung hero’s from across the contact centre industry. With the winners announced at a fantastic awards evening held on 8 November 2024.
