Interact are delighted to confirm we have recently been authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for various retail insurance and consumer credit services, enabling our company to broaden its client services activities for existing and new clients.
As a leading CX provider, this is an important next step for Interact as a trusted partner. Interact, as part of being authorised and regulated, must treat all consumers in compliance with the strict criteria laid out by the FCA.
The FCA will regularly review how Interact engages with its customers to check that they are being treated fairly during their relationship with Interact and our clients.
Our newly confirmed FCA authorisation comes alongside Interact’s annual PCI accreditation, our Cyber Essentials Plus certification and ISO 27001:2013 accreditation.
