Interact is sponsoring the CX Alliance Conference on 11 June 2026 at the Hallam Conference Centre in London.
As part of the agenda, Interact’s Director, Sarah Leff, will be contributing to The Great CX Outsourcing Reset panel, exploring how CX delivery models are evolving. The session will cover the shift towards more diversified location strategies, the impact of real-time voice translation, and a more grounded view of how AI is adding value in customer experience.
Drawing on Interact’s experience, Sarah will share insight into balancing delivery across the UK and South Africa, and what it takes to make AI work effectively for both people and customers in practice.
Alongside the panel, Interact are exhibiting and look forward to speaking with others across the CX community throughout the day.
