About the Role

Function: Contact Centre Agent

Contract: Permanent

Location: Trencherfield Mill, Heritage Way, Wigan WN3 4BN

Hours of work: Various shifts - Monday to Sunday between 07:45 and 21:00

Pay: Under 21 - £10.18, Over 21 - £11.44 + Bonus Structure

Requirements: 18 +

Purpose of the role

The Contact Centre Agent allows Interact to provide services to our clients and customers, you will be managing inbound and outbound calls for our clients, these are sales calls providing telecommunication products and services.

· Answering calls promptly and professionally in line with our client’s brand values

· Exceeding client sales and cross sell targets through exceptional customer service, actively listening to customers' concerns and offering appropriate solutions

· Assisting customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing and account management

· Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records

· Ensuring customer satisfaction on all calls

We also offer ongoing support in role via our management and training teams, making sure you are confident and have the tools needed to succeed in our Call Centre Agent positions.

Note - The Call Centre Agent position will require the initial four weeks to work our day shift between 09:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday as part of our comprehensive training program, come join us on our journey and grow with us.
