The team at Interact can’t wait to host a Forum on Tour event on 4 July 2024 in conjunction with the Northern Contact Centre Forum.
With the agenda now finalised, the Interact team are looking forward to sharing more about how we proudly won Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year (Large) 2023 at the Northern Contact Centre Awards and how we became the first Employee-owned UK contact centre outsourcer.
We will also be running some great interactive sessions covering how Interact creates an entrepreneurial culture and believing in the power of self-awareness and personal transformation.
