The Contact Centre of the Year 2023 (Outsourced) category is for an outsourced contact centre with a highly successful business relationship with their client. To be successful in this category the organisation must demonstrate: A clear understanding of their client’s aims and objectives. How we’ve helped them through the effective and professional delivery of a range of services. How we’ve implemented two-way communication channels between the outsourcing front line and client decision makers. Evidence of effective integration, investment in client relationship and transparency.

These prestigious Awards showcase exemplary practices and highlight individuals and teams who have made significant contributions to the industry.
The Awards are recognised as the benchmark of excellence and customer service in the contact centre industry across the region. They reward and celebrate excellence in customer service, delivery of quality assurance and development initiatives and contribute to ongoing professional development.
