Hosted by TV presenter, radio personality and magician, Stephen Mulhern, this year’s UK National Contact Centre Awards saw over 1,200 contact centre leaders come together to celebrate the best from across the UK’s contact centre industry. Interact took GOLD for Best Contact Centre Culture Large, beating off stiff competition from some of the UK’s biggest brands. With Sky Cardiff taking Silver, and Vodafone taking Bronze.

Interact won Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year 2023 at both the UK National Contact Centre Awards and the Northern Contact Centre Awards. Being recognised for our dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences and showing the highly successful relationships that we have built with our clients. The Award judges were looking for companies that could demonstrate effective and professional delivery of a range of contact centre services, as well as strong client relationships and transparency.
